Mr. Stacy Cook (President & CEO)
Stacy has served as the President and Chief Executive Officer since he co-founded the Company. Stacy has a unique background that has helped the Company navigate a complex business environment. He started his career as a Project Engineer on the Space Shuttle Main Engines at Rocketdyne Division of Rockwell. He went on to become an Intellectual Property Attorney at the firm of Baker Botts in Dallas , Texas , and Counsel for Applied Science Fiction in Austin , Texas. Stacy holds an Associate of Science in Electrical Engineering from Mesa State University , a Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Colorado State University , a Masters in Business Administration from Pepperdine University and a Juris Doctorate from the Baylor School of Law.
Mr. Dave Osowski (Chief Financial Officer)
Dave has over 25 years of diverse management experience in the public and private sector and has served as the CFO at XeTel Corporation, Handtech, Tanknology NDE International and Summagraphics corporation. He has a proven record of accomplishment in acquisitions and integration, divestitures, SEC matters, investor relations, taxation, restructurings, shareholder relations and cost reductions. Dave holds a bachelor of science in Accounting from the University of Bridgeport.
Mr. Richard Cox (VP of Engineering)
Richard has over 30 years of high tech product architecture and executive management experience. Most recently he was the Director of Engineering at NexQl, Inc. a Texas based startup developing database acceleration products. He served as Vice President of Engineering of Creaton, Inc. and as Director of Engineering for North America for the Intelligent Packet product line at Marconi. He also served as Director of Software Engineering at Reltec before its acquisition by Marconi. Richard established and led the BT Center of Excellence for Intelligent Networks. He has been awarded several U.S. and international patents. Mr. Cox's early career included engineering and consulting for major telecommunication companies and defense electronic firms. He is a Practicing Member of the Worldwide Institute of Software Architects and earned a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of North Texas.
Ms. Margot Cathcart (VP Business Development)
Margot's career in telecommunications has focused on product development and marketing of emerging services and technologies. Spanning cable television, network television, ISP's and telecom, Margot was most recently Portfolio Development Manager for Manitoba Telephones television service, responsible for the launch of the initial service and the development of the long term product roadmap and interactive services. In addition to her telecommunications background, Margot has significant board experience in both the communications and financial sectors.
Mr. Chris Coleman (VP of Marketing)
Chris is the former Chief Marketing Officer for Prodigy Internet where he led a re-launch of the company's broadband Internet service, web portal and brand positioning. Prior to its purchase by SBC, Prodigy was one of the top performing stocks on the NASDAQ.
His experience also includes advertising agency management working with such blue chip brands as: Pizza Hut, SBC, LeapFrog, Carnation, Williams Energy and Trammel Crow Real Estate. Chris holds a Bachelors and Masters of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University.
